The City of Lone Tree, located approximately 15 miles south of downtown Denver along Interstate 25, was incorporated in 1995. A relatively young city, Lone Tree is filled with countless modern amenities and provides a distinct balance between small town living and urban liveliness. Unique shopping opportunities at Park Meadows Retail Resort and Cabela’s; an extensive park and trail system; low sales tax rates and no municipal property tax assessment makes the City of Lone Tree a very desirable place to live and shop.

The City of Lone Tree places strong emphasis on providing cultural and recreational opportunities to its residents. The Lone Tree Arts Center that opened in 2011 provides over 100 performances annually with a unique blend of national and international touring acts, performances by the state’s top arts organizations, and originally produced performances. The venue is also a frequent meeting and event rental space and is the location of numerous fine art exhibits annually.

Lone Tree offers remarkable access to highways, bus and light rail service and air transportation from Denver International Airport and nearby Centennial Airport. Additionally, there are housing options to meet the needs of a wide range of income levels and personal tastes. The new RidgeGate development is a mixed-use, sustainable community with retail, dining, office and residential properties all within walking distance. Both single- and multi-family housing units can be found in this emergent community.  |  www.cityoflonetree.com
